My youth was seasoned playing in and around the estuaries of the Texas Gulf coast, where I developed a passion for all things plants and aquatic. I’ve since traveled the world gaining industrial technical skills in a career spanning satellite communications, flight simulation and piloting Remotely Operated Vehicles- where I literally enjoyed a front row seat in the underwater marine environment.

    Rounding out my experience, I spent several years in the health sciences both as a respiratory therapist and a polysomnographic technologist, where- in addition to helping folks, I developed a keen sense of physiology and biological cause and effect loops. The combined experiences of both industrial electromechanical systems and health sciences places me in a prime position to tie everything together for automation and monitoring of our aquaponics systems. It’s a great time to be alive!
